We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for most items purchased directly from First Crack Coffee, LLC*. If the item is defective, please contact customer service at info@ﬁrstcrack.com or phone 314-394-0975 for replacement.
To ensure prompt replacement of or credit for damaged or defective items, please check your product upon arrival and report any problems to our customer service department immediately. You must call 314-394-0975 or e-mail info@ﬁrstcrack.com to obtain a return authorization number before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
A return authorization number is required for all returns. Returned items must be in their original condition. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post. We cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. Items should be returned in their original or another corrugated box. Products must be carefully packed to prevent damage due to shifting in transit. Items damaged in the return shipment due to poor packaging will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the box.
*ROASTERS: Proaster Roasters are not returnable. Most new roasters come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If you are experiencing problems with your roaster, please contact customer service at info@ﬁrstcrack.com or call 314-394-0975.
